With an extensive background in retail operations and commercial development, Mary was led to Management One because of their technology and her belief planning process would provide independent retailers a competitive edge that they deserve. Mary has developed a special niche in the womens apparel boutique, accessories, and home decor businesses, working with owners and staff of all sizes and multi location and multi channel.  Her passion lies in the success of her clients through creating a plan for each business and developing a relationship with the owners and team to achieve the goals of each operation. Mary knows that businesses can be dramatically impacted through proper planning, buying, increasing turn rate, and merchandising resulting in improved cash flow and profitability. 

 

Mary has spent over 30 years in all levels of retail management. Mary spent many years in corporate retail and commercial development. She has a clear expertise in strategic planning, merchandise planning, retail financial planning, and employee coaching.  These experiences combined with her expertise in retail development, commercial leasing, building and opening business gives her a unique edge. 

 

Mary is a graduate of Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana, with a degree in Industrial Technology with an emphasis in Organizational Leadership. Mary currently lives in Norfolk, Virginia and also maintains a real estate license in Virginia to help local clients with commercial real estate needs.
